The Dennis Kirk catalog shows a wind-powered whistle that supposedly repels deer, dogs, etc. You stick it on any flat surface, lace it to your handlebars, whatever.
Has anyone used it? Does it work?
Deer scare me more than cars do. I've had two near-misses this summer and, in my car (thank goodness), a hit!
